I am really grateful most of you are patient readers, and in simply being curious, we are all understanding better the impact of our humble mouths in a wild body, spirit and soul.

This is not to say pharmaceuticals have no place in our lives, Indeed, they do. Yet it is reasonable to investigate the healing effects go changing one’s lifestyle: eating nutritious food, and using medicinal herbs before resorting to pharmaceuticals.
Once we believed that the mouth was a discrete entity with teeth and tongue only. Now we know that cultivating wellness is an ongoing process, one that incorporates the idea of wholeness: if we harm a part, we damage the whole.
